this is the 4th semester for my Msc HRD course after one year enrollment into this part time master course in FCSHD UNIMas... this semester there are 3 module: organizational behavior, training and development, effective teaching and learning, and our thesis...
the class has started for 3 weeks, found out the course is very fun and fruitful to me... very practical in the organization and not like theory class, may be the lecturers are more up to a standard as they all are assoc. prof and some of them having psychology background... this sem is kinda a more active participate class as compared to the other classes before.
just know it yesterday, that our faculty is one of the pioneer in South East Asia to have cognitive science courses... WOW! we should proud of that... last week, there was a launching of the center of excellence for Augmented Reality, where we saw a lot in the movies where we can just control some 3D devices by hands... really cool... but that technology was already in the West 10 years back, i think we are quite far behind from the advancement in such area.. but some of us still egoing with what we have now... haha... a food for thought!~
