wow!~ Last nite was quite a scary (tension)nite as need to present what had we done for our research proposal to our Faculty Dean (he is a very strict guy, son of previous TYT).... luckily got to the right scope and the research title is valueable for HRD context.
he is a guy who is influential enough to motivate and dedicated to help and share what he knows.. due to that, i proposed him to be my supervisor for my master thesis as his specialization also in Knowledge management (KM).
